Paul Cassisa

Paul focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships.

Prior to Serent, Paul was an Investor at Silversmith Capital Partners where he was responsible for sourcing and performing due diligence on investment opportunities within software and healthcare. Paul has also held positions at Capital One and several start-ups as an advisor, early employee, and founder.​

Paul has a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University.
