John Caselli

John is a Partner at Serent Capital. He leads Serent's investment efforts in the healthcare sector and oversees our deal origination team.

Since joining Serent in 2013, John has played an instrumental role in helping build Serent’s healthcare practice. He initially joined as an Associate and, over his ten-year plus tenure with the firm, has played critical roles in its development and growth, most recently with his leadership building out the sourcing function.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, John worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banker in the Global Technology group in San Francisco. While there, he assisted clients in the Software, eCommerce, and Digital Media spaces execute on M&A transactions, equity offerings and debt financings.

John holds a B.A. in Economics and History with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated with honors.
