Rachel Cleveland

As a member of Serent’s Growth Team, Rachel works with Serent portfolio companies to establish and execute successful post-merger integration initiatives, driving value creation through M&A and thoughtfully partnering with functional leaders to manage change, guide organizational strategy, and champion synergy efforts.

Prior to joining Serent, Rachel was a Consultant in L.E.K. Consulting’s Organization & Performance practice in Chicago, where she led several post-merger integration and organizational strategy engagements across a wide range of industries, supporting companies during critical points of transition and growth. Before L.E.K., Rachel was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Rachel holds a B.S. in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Miami University of Ohio.
