Olga Kaplan

Olga serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Serent Capital, where she oversees the firm’s operational strategy and infrastructure to support its growth and success. She works to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive the firm’s strategic priorities, enabling Serent Capital to support its portfolio companies in achieving their growth objectives.

Prior to Serent, Olga was a Senior Vice President on the investment team at Vista Equity Partners, focused on enterprise technology companies. She was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in addition to firm-wide initiatives across talent management and technology. Before joining Vista in 2021, Olga spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs, where she was a Vice President on the GS Growth team, focused on leading equity investments into high-growth software and internet companies. Additionally, she served as lead investor for Launch with GS, Goldman’s initiative to invest in companies and investment managers with diverse leadership. Olga started her career at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s investment banking division.

Olga graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a Lien Scholar with an M.S. in Finance and B.A. in Economics and Mathematics, summa cum laude.
