Vice President

Kesha is a Vice President on Serent’s Growth Team, where she partners closely with portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and lead growth initiatives.

Prior to Serent, Kesha was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where she supported strategic and performance initiatives across sectors, including technology, healthcare, education, and nonprofits. She also worked at Google.org, where she contributed to global philanthropic initiatives. Kesha earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgia Tech, where she was a Stamps President’s Scholar.

Kesha grew up in Atlanta, trained in Bharatanatyam and Kathak, and is a loyal Atlanta sports fan. She has summited Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, and learning new skills.
