Kathleen Rochard

Vice President

Kathleen leads Investor Relations, with responsibility for investor communications, engagement, and fundraising strategy across the firm.

Prior to joining Serent, Kathleen worked at Vista Equity Partners, supporting marketing and investor relations at a leading software-focused private equity firm. Earlier in her career, she held sales and marketing roles across B2B technology companies, from early-stage startups to public enterprises, helping bring technology products to market. Kathleen holds an M.S. in Technology Commercialization from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Biological Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego.

Kathleen grew up in Southern California, played in an all-girls punk band, and later lived aboard a ship that traveled around the world. Outside of work, she enjoys good wine, long meals with friends, and time on the water with family.
