As Vice President at Serent Capital, Jack is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent Capital, Jack worked with GTO Partners, a London-based private equity firm focused on investing in B2B software and tech-enabled services businesses across Europe and North America. Prior to GTO, Jack worked at THL Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he focused on B2B technology and services. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Sponsors Group, where he helped private equity clients throughout the investment lifecycle.
Jack received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College in Economics and English.
