Hugh Sullivan

As Vice President at Serent Capital, Hugh is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Hugh was a Senior Associate at Mill Road Capital, where he invested across a variety of industries, including consumer and restaurants. In addition to evaluating and managing investments, Hugh was deeply engaged in several value creation initiatives to support companies in the portfolio. Hugh began his career as an investment banking analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch's technology group.​

Hugh holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
