David is a Co-Founder of Serent and is currently a Partner Emeritus. He serves as a board director and/or chairman of multiple Serent investments.
Prior to co-founding Serent, David was co-CEO of ServiceSource (NASDAQ: SREV), which grew revenues, profits, and employees organically by 10x and returned over 20x to its shareholders under David’s leadership. Previously David was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a manager at HJ Heinz.
David received an MBA and an M.A. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar. He was awarded and subsequently declined a Fulbright Scholarship for his studies at Stanford. He also has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business from University College Dublin in Ireland, both received with first class honors, and received the IAM Gold Medal as the leading undergraduate of his year.
