As a Partner at Serent Capital, Dexter leads investment efforts in the education, hospitality, and travel sectors.

He joined Serent in 2013 and has been involved in building several of the firm’s sector practices, including EdTech, Hospitality Tech, and Automotive Tech. He also supports investment execution processes and the firm’s associate program. Prior to Serent, Dexter was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he worked on M&A, equity offerings, and debt financings across the logistics, trucking, and shipping sectors. Dexter holds a B.S. in Finance and Statistics, summa cum laude, from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Dexter proudly holds onto his New Jersey roots and once sold sneakers to Bon Jovi. He enjoys mountain biking, spending time with his two kids, and casual bocce competition.
