William Jenner

Vice President

William is an MBA Intern on Serent’s Investment Team, where he supports sourcing, diligence, and value creation. He is pursuing an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned a B.A. in Economics with a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University. He holds the CFA charter.

Prior to Serent, William was a Senior Associate at LKCM Headwater Investments, a Texas-based private equity firm, where he led diligence and execution on platform investments and operating initiatives across industrials, business services, and technology. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at MUFG, advising middle-market companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. Earlier, he interned at Compass Partners Advisors and served as a Page in the United States Senate.

Outside of work, William is an avid rugby player who captained his team at Princeton and can usually be found cheering on his hometown Razorbacks in any sport.
