Associate

As an Associate, Vanessa is responsible for supporting firmwide financial operations, valuation tracking, and internal reporting.

Prior to joining Serent, Vanessa was a senior analyst at Kleiner Perkins, where she worked across portfolio finance and valuation for early stage and growth investments. She built financial models, supported fund-level tracking and performance benchmarking, and worked on system & process improvements. Vanessa began her career in investment banking at Lazard, focusing on M&A advisory. Vanessa has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Vanessa enjoys art exhibits, yoga, hiking local trails, discovering new restaurants, and traveling to new destinations.
