Managing Director

As a Managing Director, Tom is responsible for deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships.

Prior to joining Serent, Tom worked at Harvey & Company, a merchant banking firm, where he originated and evaluated several successful acquisitions for middle-market private equity funds and strategic buyers. While there, he was actively involved in investment strategies in the business services, financial services, aerospace & defense, and consumer products sectors. Tom holds a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.

Tom is an Oregonian at heart, a lifelong Blazers and Ducks fan, and enjoys traveling, cooking, discovering new restaurants, golfing, and watching his favorite movie, The Big Lebowski.
