Stewart Lynn

Partner

Stewart is a Partner at Serent Capital. He leads Serent’s investment efforts in software companies within govtech, real estate/housing construction, transportation/logistics, and entertainment.

Since joining Serent in 2013, Stewart has led a number of investments in his core markets and worked closely with executive teams to execute key growth initiatives including strategy development, scaling go-to-market, pricing, payments, and M&A. Stewart received a JD-MBA from Stanford University’s Law School and Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller, a Siebel Scholar, and the Henry Ford II Scholar graduating first in his class. Stewart also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University.

Stewart is a Chicago native who believes the Windy City reigns supreme and spends weekends driving his four kids to sports while coaching two basketball teams.
