Director

Shea is a Director of Human Resources Administration at Serent Capital. She is responsible for supporting payroll and benefits administration, as well as other key HR operations, leveraging her expertise in foundational HR practices.

Prior to joining Serent, Shea worked as the People & Culture Generalist for Kickstand, where she implemented several processes to scale the HR function, including policy formation, professional development, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Shea is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for her colleagues.

Shea values experiences that combine learning and connection, both personally and professionally. You can often find Shea spending time with friends and family, enjoying good food, or planning the next concert to see.
