Sean supports sourcing, diligence, and value creation initiatives on Serent’s Investment Team.

Prior to Serent, Sean was a Consultant in the Strategy & Corporate Finance practice at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he supported M&A transactions and growth strategies across the consumer, banking, business services, and industrial sectors. He worked with Fortune 500 compan firms to identify EBITDA growth opportunities and post-close synergies. Earlier in his career, he was a Consultant at Capco and a Venture Capital Fellow at Sutton Capital. Sean earned a B.S. in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and also studied at Pompeu Fabra.

Sean is originally from Chicago, has lived internationally, produces EDM music, and enjoys golf, chess, travel, Packers games, and time with his Vizslas, Lady and June.
