Vice President

Rachel oversees post-merger integration initiatives, drives value creation through M&A, and partners with functional leaders to manage change and support organizational strategy across Serent’s portfolio.

Before Serent, Rachel was a Consultant in L.E.K. Consulting’s Organization & Performance practice in Chicago, where she led several post-merger integration and organizational strategy engagements across a wide range of industries, supporting companies during critical points of transition and growth. Before L.E.K., Rachel was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Rachel holds a B.S. in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Miami University of Ohio.

Outside of work, Rachel has a deep passion for wine and is always happy to pick a great bottle for the table. She loves hosting dinner parties, discovering new local restaurants, and taking spontaneous weekend trips to explore Dublin’s best pubs.
