Patterson focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships.
Prior to joining Serent, he worked at Copper Run, a boutique investment bank in Columbus, Ohio, where he was responsible for market research, proprietary deal sourcing, relationship development with founders and business owners, and transaction execution.
Patterson holds a B.A. in Finance with a minor in Biology from Wittenberg University.
Patterson is a devoted Indiana Hoosiers and Indianapolis Colts fan who believes next season is always the season. He enjoys pickleball, finding the best tacos in Austin, and walking his dogs, Annie and Otter.
