As a member of Serent’s Growth Team, Nicolas works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Serent, Nicolas was an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, where he led strategy and transformation projects across various sectors. During his MBA, he completed an internship at Five Arrows Private Equity, where he worked on value creation initiatives for software portfolio companies. He also spent time in investment banking at Deutsche Bank executing capital markets transactions.
Nicolas earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as B.S. and M.S.E. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Johns Hopkins University.
Nico grew up abroad in six countries and enjoys running, snowboarding, and discovering new restaurants.
