Prior to Serent, Natasha Lomboy served as Bay Area Operations Director at Boston Consulting Group, where she oversaw business operations, budget strategy, and infrastructure initiatives across multiple offices. She previously held progressive roles at BCG, including Administrative Services Manager and Lead, where she focused on talent development, workflow optimization, and employee engagement. Earlier in her career, Natasha supported executive leadership at Thomas Weisel Partners and the San Francisco Chronicle. She earned a B.A. in Studio Art from Florida State University and holds certifications in Brain-Based Coaching and Human-Centered Systems Thinking.

Natasha is a Golden State Valkyries fan who loves visual arts, traveling, hiking, and secretly enjoys karaoke nights.
