Michael leads Serent Capital’s Business Development efforts. He focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships.
Prior to joining Serent, Michael worked at Provident Healthcare Partners, a boutique investment banking firm located in Los Angeles. At Provident, he was responsible for sourcing sell-side engagements, evaluating sectors of interest, and executing transactions. Before Provident, Michael worked at Deloitte Advisory in the Technology Services division.
Michael has a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Michael is a globe-trotter who has visited over 40 countries, including living in Ghana at 19. He is an avid snowboarder and surfer who enjoys backcountry runs with his golden retriever, Swami.
