Maxine supports sourcing, diligence, and value creation initiatives on Serent’s Investing Team.
Prior to joining Serent, Maxine worked at UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group in San Francisco. At UBS, Maxine advised clients in software and semiconductor sectors on M&A and financing transactions.
Maxine holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Maxine is a matcha enthusiast who loves painting, dancing, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants.
