As a member of Serent’s Growth Team, Mara works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to Serent, Mara was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she led teams to drive positive impact for clients across its Social, Health, and Public Entity Practice. Her experience spanned go-to-market strategy, change management, business building, portfolio planning, due diligence, and operating model design. Mara holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also has a BA in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class and was honored as a Merrill Presidential Scholar.
Mara loves giant dogs. The fluffier the better. She has a bad back, so ideally they don’t require bending down to pet. She enjoys being humbled on the golf course and eating way too much ice cream.
