Lily is an Executive Assistant and San Francisco Office Lead, where she supports executive leadership and drives team operations.
Prior to Serent, Lily supported senior leaders as an Executive Administrative Assistant at JPMorgan Chase and First Republic Bank, managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and organizing high-level meetings and events. She also served as an Executive Personal Assistant at indee labs. Lily earned a B.A. in International Studies from American University. Outside of work, Lily is a Skydiving Instructor and Cameraflyer with Bay Area Skydiving.
