As a Senior Vice President on Serent’s Growth Team, Layton works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Serent, Layton was an investment associate at Lindsay Goldberg, where he worked across a variety of sectors. Prior to that, he was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked on corporate strategy projects and private equity due diligences.
Layton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also holds a B.A. in public policy from Princeton, where he graduated magna cum laude.
