Keagan is the Director of Recruiting on Serent’s Firm Operations Team, where she leads full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy across the firm.
Prior to Serent, she was Head of Recruitment at Clarity Recruiting, a leading New York boutique firm, where she led recruiting efforts and partnered with senior executives on hiring strategy, process design, and execution. She progressed through multiple roles during her tenure and was recognized as a top performer. Earlier in her career, Keagan supported MBA recruiting at Boston Consulting Group. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science with a minor in Public Health Studies from Elon University.
Outside of work, you can find Keagan on the tennis court or on stage as the lead singer of an indie rock band.
