Kaitlyn is an Associate Director on Serent’s Business Development team, where she focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships with founders and business leaders.
Prior to Serent, she worked on the Business Development team at Percheron Capital, where she sourced proprietary investment opportunities across essential service markets. She began her career at PitchBook Data, where she developed a strong foundation in private capital markets across private equity, venture capital, and investment banking.
Kaitlyn earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington, with minors in Business Administration and Real Estate.
