Associate

As an Associate on Serent’s investment team, Justin evaluates investment opportunities, supports business diligence, and works with Serent’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent, Justin worked at L.E.K. Consulting as an Associate Consultant in Boston. In this role, he advised private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements. Earlier in his career, he held roles at United Airlines, Emergent Holdings, and American Axle Manufacturing.

Justin holds a B.A. in Supply Chain Management with highest honors from Michigan State University. He is also a deferred admit to Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys travel, mixed martial arts, investing podcasts, and romantic comedies. Since moving to Austin, he has also been embracing his new Texas era.
