As an Associate, Jack is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent, Jack worked at Houlihan Lokey as an investment banking analyst for the technology group in New York City. At Houlihan Lokey, Jack advised clients in various technology sectors on M&A and financing transactions.
Jack holds a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University.
