As an Associate on Serent’s investment team, Helena is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business diligence, and supporting Serent’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent, Helena worked as an Analyst in the Healthcare group at Harris Williams in San Francisco. In this role, she advised clients on a variety of M&A and capital raise transactions across healthcare services and technology-enabled businesses.
Helena holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business.
Outside of work, Helena enjoys running, cooking, and exploring San Francisco’s wine bars.
