Vice President

As a Vice President on Serent’s Growth Team, Grace works closely with portfolio company leaders to drive growth initiatives and create long-term value.

Prior to Serent, Grace worked in product management and growth strategy across healthcare and technology. She was a Product Manager at Doximity, where she led advertising products and launched new solutions for healthcare customers. Most recently, she worked at Virta Health, partnering with leadership to optimize customer acquisition and growth strategy. Grace also founded Tilley Brushes, a digital design business for artists.

Grace holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Human Biology and coterminal M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors. One of her favorite adventures was backpacking the 460-mile Oregon section of the Pacific Crest Trail, spending 29 days living out of a backpack with little more than a gallon-sized Ziploc bag of clothes.
