Cynthia is an Executive Assistant on Serent’s Firm Operations Team, where she supports key administrative and operational initiatives across the firm.
Prior to Serent, Cynthia was an Executive Assistant at Lexington Partners, supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced private equity environment. Previously, she supported senior leadership at Bitwise Asset Management, where she also served as Office Manager for the San Francisco office. Earlier in her career, Cynthia held executive assistant and HR roles at BitMEX, Lime, Visa, and Ernst & Young, building deep experience in executive support and internal operations. She earned B.A. degrees in Communication and Spanish from Santa Clara University.
