Executive Assistant, Austin Office Lead

Clare serves as Executive Assistant to Serent’s Co-Founder and Partner and as the Austin Office Lead, overseeing executive priorities and office operations. She manages strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, coordination, and culture across the firm.

Prior to Serent, Clare was an Executive Assistant at Thoma Bravo, supporting the Discover Fund team, and earlier worked at venture capital firm Crosslink Capital. Originally from County Clare, Ireland, she holds a B.A. in Geography, Sociology, and Political Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway (N.U.I.G.).

Clare grew up on Ireland’s west coast, moved to California, and enjoys cycling, walking, wine tasting, swimming, and time with her cavapoo Griffin.
