Catherine is a Director on the Human Capital team, leading executive recruitment for Serent portfolio companies.
Before joining Serent, Catherine worked at Guidepoint, an expert network firm that connects institutional investors with industry specialists. She supported Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Hedge Fund clients by sourcing executives with relevant expertise to inform their research.
Catherine holds a BA in Legal Studies from Scripps College and an MA in Management from Claremont Graduate University.
