Bryan Barnett

Vice President

Bryan focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, leading business due diligence, and supporting Serent’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent, Bryan worked on the growth team at Elysium Health, where he managed financial operations, led the launch of the company’s third consumer product, and partnered cross-functionally to improve performance. Previously, he was an investment professional at Global Infrastructure Partners in New York City, evaluating investments across the natural gas midstream and renewable sectors. Bryan began his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in the Diversified Industries Group, advising clients in the aerospace & defense, industrial, and transportation sectors. Bryan earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University, graduating magna cum laude.

Bryan has lived in seven states, has strong Midwest ties, is a lifelong Packers fan, and enjoys cooking new recipes. He enjoys staying active, avoiding three-putts on the golf course, and exploring the natural beauty around San Francisco.
