Arsineh Ananian

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President of Legal, Arsineh manages employment and incentive equity agreements for executives and directors across Serent’s portfolio.

Arsineh began her career as an associate at Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, where she worked as an executive compensation and employee benefits specialist. Her practice encompassed corporate and securities law aspects of equity and other incentive compensation plans, as well as executive employment and severance agreements. Following her time at Gibson and prior to joining Serent, Arsineh worked as the Head of Talent at The Athletic Media Company. Arsineh earned her JD from The University of Chicago Law School and her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Arsineh is a mom of three who’s constantly juggling kids, calendars, and chaos—usually with a podcast or Beyoncé playing in the background. She loves working out, skiing, hiking, revisiting her former ballerina days, bad reality TV, and good coffee.
