BS&A Attracts Significant Growth Investment from Serent Capital

BS&A, a leading ERP software provider to municipalities, has announced it received a significant growth investment from Serent Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm with deep expertise in the government technology (“GovTech”) market. The investment will enable the Company to accelerate its geographic expansion and drive further adoption of its market-leading cloud product.

BS&A has over 2,000 customers on its suite of solutions across Financial Management, Assessing and Tax, Payroll, Utility Billing, and Community Development software. These customers range from small municipalities to large cities with over 100,000 residents.
