The challenge:
Raintree Systems had a massive market opportunity, but its org structure and leadership bench were not built to fully capitalize on it at scale.
How we helped:
We recruited nine C-suite leaders and two board members from our proprietary network, while retaining key founders and preserving the culture that made Raintree distinctive. This created clearer decision-making, stronger alignment, and the organizational backbone required for scale.
The impact:
Since investment, new ARR bookings have more than doubled, and Raintree has introduced its first customer-facing roadmap along with several new products. The unified team strengthened cross-functional execution and accelerated product velocity.

The challenge:
RealGreen relied on multiple payment partners, creating a fragmented customer experience. With fewer than half of customers using payments, the company needed a modern, scalable solution to improve the experience and grow this key revenue stream.
How we helped:
We helped RealGreen launch a PayFac (Payment Facilitator) in under five months. Leveraging deep payments expertise, we implemented the technical stack and established a clear path for fast, seamless customer onboarding.
The impact:
Payments revenue grew 10x in under three years and is now a major growth driver for RealGreen. The new PayFac model improved the customer experience, accelerated adoption, and migrated more than 1,700 customers to the new platform.

The challenge:
In 2023, ParentSquare acquired Remind to bring together two highly adopted communication platforms serving districts, schools, and classrooms. To integrate the organizations effectively, ParentSquare needed a clear plan to unite two sizable teams and streamline overlapping capabilities into a single, cohesive experience for educators, families, and administrators.
How we helped:
We supported the ParentSquare leadership team throughout the transaction, coordinating diligence workstreams and arranging acquisition financing and structuring. Following close, we worked alongside the team to develop and operationalize integration plans across cross-sell, customer migration, and platform consolidation efforts.
The impact:
The combined platform now delivers a more unified and seamless communication experience for districts, teachers, and families, further strengthening ParentSquare’s market-leading position. Today the platform reaches more than 20 million students nationwide, representing districts that cover roughly 80% of U.S. K–12 students.
