Avionté’s software serves as the system of record for a large amount of payroll data in the tem staffing industry. Many HR service providers (tax credits, background checks etc.) needed to access this data to sell to temp staffing agencies

ACTIONS

  • Serent negotiated revenue sharing agreements with leading WOTC and background check providers to lay the groundwork for the program
  • Avionté hired a director of partnerships to identify and implement new partnerships

OUTCOMES

Partnership revenue now accounts for over 10% of Avionté’s annual recurring revenue
