Optimal Blue is a leading provider of enterprise lending software as a service (SaaS) to the mortgage industry. Shortly following the initial investment by Serent, Optimal Blue executed the acquisition of LoanSifter, another provider of mortgage technology solutions

ACTIONS

Serent assisted in the identification, due diligence, and negotiation of the acquisition
Post close, management partnered with Serent to develop a comprehensive integration plan to expedite transitions in the technology and service organizations
Management also created a framework for offering additional products and services to the customers from the acquired company
