As an Operating Executive Director (OED), Brendan works closely with the portfolio company management teams as a hands-on resource providing oversight, guidance, and support.

Brendan is serial CEO with four successful exits. He has extensive experience in high growth and turn-around situations. He has achieved two public to private transactions. In addition to working with Serent, Brendan has experience with venture capital and private equity firms including Trident Capital, Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), Thoma Bravo, and Vista Equity Partners. Most recently he spearheaded the turn-around and highly successful exit for Serent backed, Compeat.
