Ross Baker

IT Associate

Ross supports IT operations and user technology needs across the firm.

Prior to joining Serent, Ross was an IT Operations Engineer at Open Lending, where he supported a hybrid workforce of over 200 employees. He previously held roles as an IT Support Analyst at Brookfield Residential and as a Developer and IT Support Specialist at Q2ebanking. With over 15 years of experience in IT, Ross brings deep expertise in end-user support, systems administration, and white-glove service for executive teams. He earned an Associate’s degree in CIS/Networking from Lanier Technical College and holds certifications including CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 (MS-900), and Azure (AZ-900).

Originally from Georgia, Ross is a devoted UGA fan and a self-taught Japanese speaker. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, stargazing with his telescope, and hiking in Austin’s Hill Country.
