Ryan is a Vice President of Technology, where he leads the firm’s technology and cybersecurity initiatives.
Prior to joining Serent, Ryan was the Head of Technology at Greenoaks Capital as well as Patient Square Capital, where he led a range of initiatives including cybersecurity, IT modernization, enterprise collaboration, and infrastructure expansion. He previously served as Director of IT at Makena Capital Management and Greylock Partners, where he built high-performing technology teams and migrated infrastructure to the cloud. Earlier in his career, he was Infrastructure Manager at Oak Hill Capital Management, overseeing global technical operations.
