Associate Director

Ryan supports sourcing and relationship-building initiatives with founders and investors on Serent’s Business Development Team.

Prior to Serent, Ryan was Head of Business Development at AGC Partners, where he led a team of associates and spearheaded marketing efforts to generate deal flow. Previously, he served as a Business Development and Research Associate at AGC, identifying capital-efficient software companies and supporting investor engagement, research reports, and tech growth conferences. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team, and an M.S. in Management from the University of Notre Dame.

Ryan is originally from New Jersey, loves a pork roll, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, and enjoys exercising, golfing, trying new restaurants, and watching Notre Dame football.
