Operating Executive Director

As an Operating Executive Director (OED), Perry works closely with the portfolio company management teams as a hands-on resource providing oversight, guidance, and support.

Perry has over 25 years of experience leading vertical software companies, has served as CEO for over a decade, and has led three exits for three private equity firms. Perry has a track record of generating profitable growth by leading complex organizational transformations, building high-performing teams, and executing more than $2B in strategic acquisitions. Before joining Serent, Perry was CEO of HungerRush, an integrated point of sale, digital ordering, and payments platform designed for multi-unit QSR and fast casual operators. Before HungerRush, Perry was CEO of Quorum Software, a leading worldwide software company powering growth and profitability for energy businesses by connecting people, workflows, and systems with decision-ready data.

Perry holds a BSBA with an emphasis on accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
