Prior to joining Serent, Russell was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Russell focused primarily on transformations related to operational excellence and client capability building in the Global Energy & Materials and Consumer Retail sectors.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Certificate in Collaborative Leadership from Purdue University.
Russell is a proud native Austinite from back when the city was still “weird,” is a diehard women’s basketball and tennis fan, and loves traveling or getting lost in a 1,000-piece puzzle with a great playlist.
