As a Senior Vice President on Serent’s Growth Team, Kavya works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to Serent, Kavya was a management consultant at Bain & Company, working with clients in the Customer Strategy & Marketing and Private Equity practices. Her experience spanned product management, go-to-market strategy, customer satisfaction, due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation plans.
Kavya holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar and Ford Fellow. She also has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
