Nipul leads human capital initiatives for Serent Capital, working with board members and management teams at Serent portfolio companies to identify executive talent requirements, recruit leaders into key roles, design human capital strategies, and execute those strategies.
Prior to joining Serent Capital, Nipul led senior-level executive placements for software and consumer internet companies at Russell Reynolds Associates. His prior professional experience includes founding and leading multiple venture-backed software companies as well as consulting at The Corporate Executive Board.
Nipul studied Finance and Economics at the University of Georgia.
Nipul shares a birthday with his brother, has never had a solo-named cake, and enjoys family time, restaurants, hiking, and basketball.
