Senior Vice President

Arsineh is responsible for Serent’s legal matters and serves as a legal partner to firm leadership and portfolio company executives on complex issues across the investment lifecycle, including employment, executive compensation, and incentive equity.

Arsineh began her career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and later served as Head of Talent at The Athletic Media Company. She earned her JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. in Mathematics from University of California, Los Angeles.

Arsineh is a mom of three who’s constantly juggling kids, calendars, and chaos—usually with a podcast or Beyoncé playing in the background. She loves working out, skiing, hiking, revisiting her former ballerina days, bad reality TV, and good coffee.
