As a Senior Vice President on Serent’s Growth Team, Max works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Serent, Max was a portfolio operations professional at Dorilton Capital focused on supporting professional services businesses with growth and M&A initiatives. Before Dorilton, Max was a management consultant in the Private Equity/M&A practice at A.T. Kearney.
Max holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Max spends too much time on chess.com and otherwise enjoys cooking with family, traveling, and visiting museum exhibits.
